Musa’s grandfather, Sido, carries a very special masbaha, Olive wood beads from his father, date seeds from his Hajj trip, and pearls from his late wife’s necklace. Each bead holds a memory, and Sido shares these stories again and again; until they start slipping away. When the masbaha breaks and the beads scatter, Musa must find a way to hold onto both the beads and the moments they carry. But can love and faith keep memories alive when disease takes them away?
